How do I apply and what does it take to get on a CharityTeam?

The application process is simple – just pick one of the 2012 Nonprofits and download the application to the team. Fill out the application thoroughly. The most important part of the application is the fundraising section as well as if your company has a matching gift. Please provide all details on corporate matching gifts. The individual applications can be downloaded by clicking on the specific logos below. The application will start to download in a few moments.
